...more than 100 years ago the summer visitors liked to stroll on the Schwarz Alm, a small chalet surrounded by a huge meadow. It's no different today: quietly situated on a large forest glade, the "Waldviertler" hospitality with its culinary treats makes the Schwarz Alm Zwettl a calm haven.

But: today the Schwarz Alm is a 4-star hotel, completely refurbished in 2015/2016 and, among others, extended with a heated indoor pool. The new wellness area AlmSPA facilitates - through its modern architecture - light-flooded vistas on the Waldviertler countryside.

Let the senses dance...

Tango Argentino: epitome of dancing, dance of hearts. Full of passion. This primal form of dancing leaves nobody cold. Especially not in this environment, a weekend undisturbed from everyday life. By the way: we dance on 130 sqm of parquet floor with a view into the Waldviertel.

Unlike the known social dances, the Tango Argentino is an improvised dance, i.e.: no memorizing of routines, no memory drill, no quarrels about whose fault it has been...Dancing in harmony to the multifaceted music of the Tango Argentino. And in harmony with the partner, in a "sophisticated dialogue between man and woman".

Whether with or without previous Tango Argentino knowledge: a (re)creative weekend awaits you.

Dancing lessons start on Friday after the joint dinner, ending Sunday, 12 AM.
